Terms of Service

Conditions of use, subscription terms, and acceptable usage policies for CPOS software.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between TODO: Legal Entity Name Pvt Ltd ("CPOS") and the restaurant business or individual ("Subscriber", "you") operating an account on CPOS software.

2. Subscription Billing & Taxes

  • Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected upon checkout.
  • All quoted subscription fees are exclusive of Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%), which will be added to the invoice in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Annual plans bundled with discount promotions (e.g. 2 months free) are billed upfront for the full 12-month period.

3. Hardware & Network Compatibility

CPOS is provided as a SaaS web application and PWA. While CPOS supports industry-standard ESC/POS receipt printers and Android/iOS/Windows devices, the Subscriber is responsible for procuring compatible hardware and maintaining reliable power and LAN infrastructure.

4. Customer Data Ownership

The Subscriber retains full, exclusive ownership of all menu items, recipe configurations, customer CRM records, sales figures, and billing data entered into the platform. CPOS will not monetize, aggregate, or distribute Subscriber customer lists to third-party delivery aggregators or marketing brokers.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We endeavor to maintain 99.9% cloud server uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Offline billing features are provided so restaurant operations can proceed during local ISP outages.

6. Termination

Subscribers on monthly plans may terminate their subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon termination, Subscribers may export their sales and catalog records within 30 days.
